A PROSPECTUS FOR A RENOUNCEABLE PRO-RATA RIGHTS ISSUE OF 2 FULLY PAID ORDINARY SHARES IN THE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY FOR EVERY 1 SHARE HELD BY SHAREHOLDERS REGISTERED AT THE RECORD DATE AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF $0.001 PER SHARE TO RAISE UP TO $5,922,359.
